Our destination is Fife, the region of Scotland where Jerry's ancestors lived in the 17th through 19th centuries. We hope to find some of the places they lived, based on the genealogical records we have compiled. Our first two days will be spent in Edinburgh, and then we will travel to St. Andrews, our home base for nine days. Besides exploring St. Andrews (including an appointment for a tour of the libraries of the University of St. Andrews), we plan to spend our time visiting the villages and towns of Fife where the Malcolms lived before Jerry's great grandfather moved his young family to Omaha Nebraska in the early 20th century.
